RS Trailer Rentals 

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RS Trailer Rentals (“Company”) and the customer (“Renter”) for the rental of trailers, equipment, chairs, tables, generators and related items.

By placing an order or renting equipment, you agree to the following:

1. Renter Requirements

• Renter must be at least 18 years of age

• A valid Driver’s License is required for trailer rentals 

• The name on the rental must match the payment method used

• RS Trailer Rentals reserves the right to refuse rental at any time

2. Rental Period

• Rental begins at the agreed delivery time

• Rental ends at the agreed pickup time

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• Payments are processed securely through Square

• All sales are subject to applicable taxes and fees

4. Security Deposits

• A deposit may be required for certain rentals

• Deposits may be used to cover:

  • Damage

  • Cleaning fees

  • Late returns

  • Missing items
    

• Remaining balances will be refunded after inspection

5. Delivery Terms

• Delivery fee of $2 per mile is based on google map mileage from 148 Ridgewood Drive to agreed upon delivery location.

• Final delivery pricing will be confirmed after booking

• Customer must provide:

  • Safe and accessible delivery location

  • Dedicated 30 amp circuit plug in

  • Clear instructions for delivery location

• RS Rentals is not responsible for damage to property due to unsafe conditions

6. Equipment Condition & Return

• Equipment is provided in good working condition

• Renter must return all items:

  • Clean

  • Undamaged

  • On time

• Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Damage

  • Missing items

7. Responsibility for Damage, Loss, or Theft

• Renter is fully responsible for:

  • Damage to equipment

  • Loss or theft

  • Misuse

• Renter agrees to pay:

  • Repair costs

  • Replacement value if necessary

  • Loss of rental income if applicable

8. Proper Use of Equipment

Renter agrees to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose

• Operate trailers safely and legally

• Not overload or misuse equipment

9. Prohibited Uses

Equipment may NOT be used for:

• Illegal activities

• Transporting hazardous materials

• Unsafe or negligent operation

10. Weather Policy

• Rentals are not weather-dependent

• No refunds will be issued due to weather

• Customers may reschedule based on availability

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Renter acknowledges that payment for the rental period is paid in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the rental period. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

12. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RS Trailer Rentals from any claims, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment

13. Limitation of Liability

RS Trailer Rentals is not responsible for:

• Injury, accidents, or damages resulting from use

• Equipment misuse by renter

• Delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

Use of equipment is at the renter's own risk.

14. Equipment Failure

In the rare event of equipment failure:

• RS Trailer Rentals will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Provide alternative solutions

• Liability is limited to the rental amount paid

15. Order Acceptance & Errors

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders due to pricing or availability errors

• Refuse service at our discretion

16. Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you:  Have read and understand this Agreement

• Agree to all Terms & Conditions

• Accept full responsibility for rented equipment

• RS Trailer Rentals will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Repair

  • Replace

  • Provide alternative solutions

Liability is limited to the rental amount paid
